That’s why we created the Morelli preventative maintenance program – a preventative maintenance and discounted service subscription, and our way to ensure you’re prepared for the hot and humid summers of South Carolina and for the winter season. Preventative maintenance in the spring and fall reduces any surprises when you need your heating and cooling systems the most.
Our preventative maintenance program does not discriminate based on your system, either. Though we’re a Factory Authorized Dealer of the Carrier line at Morelli, we service all makes and models. In fact, our NATE certified technicians go through rigorous training to ensure their knowledge base is broad for all types of equipment.
The cost of a maintenance agreement is dependent on the number of systems in your home and the contract terms. The typical agreement is for two visits, one heating and one cooling, per home. It’s also common for customers to sign up for a one year plan and renew with us yearly.
