Heating and Air Conditioning Maintenance

Preventative Maintenance

You don’t have to work long in the HVAC business to learn that homeowners hate surprise repairs or, worse, replacements for their heating and cooling system . At Morelli Heating & Air Conditioning, we know how frustrating these HVAC surprises can be – and we know that regular preventative maintenance is the best way to avoid repairs and replacement due to wear and tear or small issues that grow into larger ones.

But not all homeowners have the time or the know-how for quality preventative maintenance. That’s why we created the Morelli preventative maintenance program – a preventative maintenance and discounted service subscription, and our way to ensure you’re prepared for the hot and humid summers of South Carolina and for the winter season. Preventative maintenance in the spring and fall reduces any surprises when you need your heating and cooling system the most.

Our preventative maintenance program does not discriminate based on your system, either. Though we’re a Factory Authorized Dealer of the Carrier line at Morelli, we service all makes and models. In fact, our NATE certified technicians go through rigorous training to ensure their knowledge base is broad for all types of equipment.

The cost of a maintenance agreement is dependent on the number of systems in your home and the contract terms. The typical agreement is for two visits, one heating and one cooling, per home. It’s also common for customers to sign up for a one year plan and renew with us yearly.

You’ll see us in the spring to tune up your cooling system and the fall to check on your heating system. Our friendly office coordinators will help you set up a visit at the most convenient time for you. We promise to be respectful in your home or business. What else would you expect from a company who abides by the golden rule?

Preventative Maintenance Program Benefits are Part of Our 100% Commitment to our customers

When you join the preventative maintenance program at Morelli Heating & Air Conditioning, you’re awarded with numerous benefits. Here’s a list of the featured benefits:

  • Protects against breakdowns by fixing minor problems before they develop into expensive emergencies, or worse, require a premature replacement.
  • Extends the life expectancy of your equipment by preventing excessive wear.
  • Reduces monthly utility costs by keeping your unit operating at peak efficiency.
  • Awards you priority service attention 7 days a week.

We’ve serviced enough HVAC units in 30 years around Charleston to know that routine maintenance makes sense. Our NATE certified technicians visit your home or business to perform preventative maintenance twice per year. In the spring, you’ll see us for the cooling unit. In the fall, we’ll check on your heating unit.

Our Benefits Cover Labor and Include Part Discounts

The labor for the twice-yearly preventative maintenance visits is 100% covered if you’re a member of our preventative maintenance program. In addition, any additional parts or materials required to correct defects or to address wear are offered to you at a 10% discount. In fact, we’ll extend this 10% discount to you if you need extra service calls beyond the preset maintenance agreement terms.

Our Benefits Bump You to the Front of the Line

You’re already getting a great price on labor and materials all year round. With the Morelli preventative maintenance program, you can also say goodbye to scheduling hassles and securing appointments during the peak of the summer or winter season. Twice a year you will receive reminders to call and book your Spring and Fall appointments. If you do call us between maintenance visits, preventative maintenance program members get bumped to the top of our priority list.

No Fine Print, Just Clear Benefits

One of our office administrators will coordinate your preventative maintenance program paperwork. We don’t believe in fine print, so we’ll explain all the details of your contract terms, what’s included, what’s offered at a discount, and your total cost. Plans are flexible for the number of units in your home.
