Our company started in 1981 as a small residential service company by James K Morelli Sr. and Anthony (Tony) Morelli. After retiring in 1992, Jim handed the operations of the company over to Tony. Tony and his brother Andrew (as well as their sister Angela Prince, retired in 2005) took the company from a small residential service provider to a company of over 60 employees, 35 trucks, and nearly 10,000 satisfied customers.
